The Federal express entry system candidates who received the invites on 28th March 2019 had their EOI profile registered with the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. The highest-ranking candidates with their prolific CRS scores in the EE pool have issued a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA).
With 260 Letter of Advice to Apply issues here are the required conditions for candidates who received the nomination with the lowest ranked candidate having an EOI score of 563:
The Federal express entry system candidates were further awarded an additional 600 points for receiving a provincial nomination through Manitoba, ensuring them a safe journey to Canada with an opportunity to apply for a Canada PR visa in a subsequent Express Entry Draw.

- Minimum 6 months of experience in a profession listed on Manitoba’s in-demand occupations list.
- Proven English proficiency above CLB 5, if work experience is in a regulated occupation then minimum CLB 7.
